What you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire high-performing teams, ensuring a seamless service user journey
- Drive safe, efficient systems and processes, with a keen focus on safeguarding and clinical risk
- Build strong partnerships with local providers, schools, NHS and community organisations
- Use data and insight to improve and innovate continuously
- Professional qualification (clinical, therapeutic or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing teams in health, education, or social care
- Strong decision-making in triage, referrals, and safeguarding
- Confidence working with digital case management systems
- A collaborative, people-first approach
- £48,340 - £55,600, permanent role
- 35-hour working week with hybrid options
- 28 days holiday + 3 extra days between Christmas & New Year
