What You’ll Do

✔ Own critical incidents, coordinate resolution, and manage stakeholder communication.
✔ Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.
✔ Manage team performance, recruitment, training, and mentoring.
✔ Oversee financial planning, budgets, and billing milestones.
✔ Build strong partnerships across teams and stakeholders to enable seamless collaboration.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
✅ ITIL certification (mandatory)
✅ Proven experience in service delivery leadership and performance optimization.
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
