How You'll Make a Difference
We are currently looking to recruit a Service Delivery Platform Run Lead |Major Incident Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract who is passionate about driving service excellence in the day-to-day operational support and service management of our platforms.
The role will have responsibility for managing the daily running of operational support and service management, with major incident management being a key part of the role for our mortgage origination platforms.
This includes supporting around 30 critical business applications. The role will require collaboration and communication with senior stakeholders & 3rd Parties and management of a small team of Support Analysts.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Proven background in running ITIL service management and operational support in a large complex IT landscape.
- Must have experience in major incident management.
- Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers, including service reviews.
- Previous experience of line management desirable.
- Experience of collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Experience of following ITIL v4 frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and has demonstrated a curious behaviour by collaborating with other teams.
