What The Hiring Manager Says

An exciting opportunity for an individual has arisen within the Service Delivery Review Team supporting our clients and Financial Planners across the country in the vital area of ongoing service reviews.

You would be part of the team that help deliver on our customer promises and support our Financial Planners to deliver quality, holistic financial advice. You will need to be dedicated and willing to work hard. In turn, we will support you with your training, an enthusiastic and supportive team environment together with a competitive salary and benefits package.

We encourage staff development and support activities that broaden skill sets that enable our people to move on to their next role.

About The Role

As a Service Delivery team member, you will be playing a critical role in producing high quality review reports to support our Financial Planners and their clients.

Our Financial Planners provide detailed financial planning to all our clients, so an understanding of the different types of investments, pensions and protection plans is desirable but not essential. We will provide full training and development, so you will build an understanding of these areas.

Your role will involve gathering plan information from providers and updating our back-office Client Relationship Management system (Xplan) and using this information to produce detailed review reports. You will use a variety of online resources and platform providers as well as a range of other research tools to perform your day-to-day activities which will include:

  • Planning your weekly allocated review report tasks
  • Gathering plan information from a range of product providers, online, over the phone or in writing
  • Developing high quality reports using a range of tools and research technology
  • Checking the accuracy of your work
  • Handing off your completed work to Financial Planners
  • Managing any queries from wider support teams on reviews due or in progress

You will work very closely with all our Financial Planners, regional support teams and the wider Service Delivery team.

Once you have been fully trained you will have the opportunity to support and learn more about the advice process with supporting the wider Service Delivery team. You may be asked to contribute to wider team initiatives and projects from time to time.

You will be required to ensure all work is completed within the required timescales to meet both internal service levels and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines and procedures. You will also be expected to develop knowledge around Quilter’s risk landscape, how that impacts your team and the work that you perform.
