Contract Service Designer (GDS Experience required)

Hybrid – 5 days on site per month in Newcastle

£450pd inside IR35

Initial 6 month contract

Service Designer required with strong experience in the GDS framework to support the end-to-end design of public-facing digital services.

Essential Skills:

Experience mapping complex services and journeys across digital and offline channels
Deep understanding of GDS service design standards
Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams including researchers, designers, and product managers
Ability to design for inclusion and accessibility
