Role overview
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team in London. Reporting to our Service Delivery Team Leader, you will provide 1st to 2nd line support to all Next 15 hosted and supported brands.
We operate a hybrid remote working model, so you will offer support from our office at 60 Great Portland Street, as well as remotely (UK-based) through telephone and email.
