Role:

The ideal candidate will be supporting our Win11 and O365 programme of work.

Responsibilities /Key skills:

  • Ideally experience in doing a Win10 to Win11 upgrade project
  • AD Group Policy management experience (ideally have implemented CIS benchmarks in Windows Group Policy)
  • Application packaging / SCCM experience
  • Laptop building and shipping
  • Writing/updating Service Desk KB articles / communications for end users
  • Helpdesk End user support / hand-holding to complete machine upgrades.
  • Application testing experience
͏ ͏ ͏Mandatory Skills: EUC Consulting .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .
