We are looking for a Service Manager to join our Northern Ireland Refugee Support team.
A day in the life of a Service Manager looks like:
Reporting to the Refugee Services Operations Manager (RSOM), you’ll work alongside them, the wider area management team and other internal teams at the British Red Cross to proactively develop services, build our external engagement, develop local partnerships, and scope out funding opportunities.
Working with the Belfast team, along with three other service managers, you will oversee the team’s project work, casework, manage their caseloads, and provide them with guidance and support to help them develop in their roles. Do you have the following skills to be a successful Service Manager?
We particularly welcome applications from people with lived experience of forced migration and speakers of Arabic, Somali, Farsi and Tigrinya.
This role is based in Botanic House, Belfast, and will be hybrid working. The successful applicant will deliver the project across NI and as such access to transport is necessary for regional travel to deliver the project.
