Bedborough House are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to join the team. This role is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. Bedborough House is located in Radstock, Somerset. We offer residential support for seven autistic males and females, and people who have a learning disability. Our home is situated in a residential area, offering stunning views of Somerset.
About the Role
Committed to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. You will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in an environment where effective management of people and processes is crucial to the success of the services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your team to provide high-quality support and care.
- Deliver best practice in social care.
- Continually develop the service.
- Manage people and processes effectively.
Qualifications
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification, or provide evidence of working towards this.
Required Skills
- Experience working with challenging behaviours is desirable.
