We are looking for an experienced dynamic Registered Manager to manage 2 services in Ramsgate. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
Ebbsfleet House, Tubbs Lane, Ebbsfleet Lane, Ramsgate, Kent, CT12 5DJ - offers residential support for five males and females, who or are autistic or have a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural location, off a main road, and surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.
Martins- 2 Ebbsfleet lane, Ramsgate, Kent CT12 5DJ - offers residential support for two people who have a learning disability or are autistic. This includes individuals who present with mild, moderate or severe behaviours that challenge. We are in a semi-rural area, off a main road, just by the coast.
About the Role
Full-time role working 37.5 hours per week and salary is £47,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health and social care standards.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services.
- Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders.
- Previous management experience
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations
Qualifications
- Need to have your Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care)
