About the Company

We are seeking a Registered Manager to join the Supported Living team within the West Midlands area. Main office is in Kingswinford, but the role does cover Dudley, Wolverhampton and Stoke-on-Trent.


About the Role

Full-time role working 40 hours per week and salary is £43,000 per annum.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the Supported Living team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and social care standards.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Need to have your Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care)
