What You’ll Be Doing
As Service Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction levels above the national average.
- Monitoring and controlling departmental costs in line with the business plan, while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensuring accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
- Upholding manufacturer standards at all times.
- Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
- Leading and developing your team to achieve performance excellence.
