About This Opportunity
To lead and manage the community equipment service (CES) to ensure efficient and effective operational delivery across Cumberland in order to achieve high quality outcomes for people who have Health and Social Care needs and require equipment.
To lead in the planning and delivery of key strategic developments and improvements in
collaboration with internal and external partners through the CES Steering group ensuring that local and national objectives are achieved.
Operate across multi organisational boundaries and disciplines to support the procurement, stock management, delivery and subsequent collection of appropriate equipment to meet the needs of individuals (Adults and children)
Manage resources to deliver service objectives with responsibility for CES and associated budgets and resources
