Adult Social Care in Ealing
Ealing provides funded social care to just under 4,000 residents using a budget of just over £120m per annum. Our service aspires to outcome focused support plans that maximise the enormous strengths and assets that residents and communities have.
We are not resting on our laurels and as our CQC assurance report indicates there is still more to do. Our delivery plan continues to focus on choice and control with excellent practice at its heart. Specifically, we are focusing on person centered practice, technology enable lives, modernized day opportunities – through our Better Days project, increasing the uptake of Direct Payments, developing accommodation based solutions and a real focus on working age adults. We are looking for exceptional managers and leaders to continue our journey, if this is you then please look at the roles we have created.
We are looking for 3 Service Managers (Older Adults/Working Age and Mental Health) and 1 Senior Business Manager.
As a
Service Manager (pay grade 17), you’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping long-term care delivery. You’ll manage teams supporting up to 4,000 residents, overseeing statutory compliance, safeguarding, and the use of data to drive service excellence.

As our
Senior Business Manager (pay grade 15), you’ll lead business support across adult social care operations, ensuring effective delivery of projects and resources that improve outcomes for Ealing residents. You’ll manage key governance functions, champion innovation (including automation and AI), and support continuous service improvement.
You must have the right to work in the UK. Evidence for the right to work in the UK will be requested at the interview stage.
