Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the business in a hybrid role. This position will focus on performance analysis, reporting, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions
Conduct ServiceNow performance analysis and optimisation
Create, customise, and maintain reports and dashboards
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide ongoing development and support across the platform

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Strong reporting and performance analysis skills within ServiceNow
Experience working closely with internal stakeholders
