Role Description
The Service Reception Manager will oversee the customer service and operations at the service reception, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Daily tasks include managing receptionist duties, assisting customers with queries, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining a high level of organization in the reception area. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Leicester.
