Location: Remote with occasional visits to our Surrey office

Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceMax Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of ServiceMax solutions, a leading field service management platform. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global teams and third-party vendors for alignment and clear communication.
Team Leadership: Lead project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to achieve objectives.
Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance: Ensure ServiceMax implementations meet Rapiscan’s standards.
Reporting: Track performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Resource Allocation: Optimize staffing and resources for efficiency.
Change Management: Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes effectively.
Uphold Rapiscan’s core values: Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
5+ years of experience managing ServiceMax or Salesforce platform projects.
Strong understanding of field service operations and processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
Technical knowledge of ServiceMax and related integrations.
Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
