Role Introduction
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrators to join our team. In this role, you will support the development, configuration, and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for managing and configuring workflows, policies, and user entitlements, as well as building and maintaining portal components and automation scripts to meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will posses extensive experience in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and implementation. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions that meet their business needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the ServiceNow platform is aligned with business objectives and continuously improved to support efficient service delivery.
What You Will Do
- Manage policies, routing, workflows, and user entitlements within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with internal requirements.
- Develop and maintain portal components (e.g., Service Catalogs, Knowledge Base) to improve user experience and streamline service request processes.
- Lead or assist in the implementation, configuration, and customisation of ServiceNow modules
- Create, test, and maintain automation scripts to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with functional teams (e.g., IT, HR, Facilities) to define requirements and configure solutions that meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including users, developers, architects, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
- Ensure the integrity and security of the ServiceNow platform, applying updates, patches, and system configurations as necessary.
- Monitor and optimise platform performance, resolving issues promptly and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing related to platform configuration, automation, and customisation processes.
- Provide technical support and training to end users, ensuring they can effectively utilise the platform for service management.
What You Will Have
- ServiceNow certification is preferred (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Significant experience working with ServiceNow, with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Operations Management (ITOM) configuration.
- Demonstrable experience of implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM modules (e.g., Discovery, Orchestration)
- Strong experience in workflow design, service catalog management, and user entitlements within ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining automation scripts to improve platform efficiency.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and integration capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver platform configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous platform improvement.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
