Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst – SC Cleared

Day Rate: Up to £500 a day Inside IR35

Contract Type: 12-month contract

Location: Remote – UK Based

Start Date: January 2025

Clearance: Active SC Cleared is required

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ongoing IT Operations Management (ITOM) projects within a complex enterprise environment.

The role focuses on working closely with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, optimise processes, and translate needs into deliverable work packages within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops with customers and internal teams to gather and validate business requirements
Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
Translate business requirements into functional documentation and actionable delivery items
Support ServiceNow ITOM implementations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executed

Provide clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder updates throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills and Experience

Experience in process analysis, improvement, or automation consultancy
Hands on exposure to ServiceNow implementations
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory)
Experience working within ITIL-aligned environments
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workshop facilitation

Desirable

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialisations
PRINCE2 or other project management certifications
Strong stakeholder influencing and relationship management skills
