Global technology consulting firm is looking for a ServiceNow Business Group Leader to build & scale the practice and lead high-impact digital transformation programmes for enterprise clients.
As the ServiceNow Business Group Leader, you will:
- Establish and scale the ServiceNow practice in the UK, developing the technical and operational foundation for success.
- Define and execute a comprehensive ServiceNow strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead large-scale, complex ServiceNow programmes, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery that meets client needs.
- Drive business development and sales, identifying new opportunities, leading pre-sales, and securing high-value contracts.
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders, advising on ServiceNow transformation and maximising value from ServiceNow investments.
- Provide leadership and mentorship, fostering a high-performing team and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in building and scaling a ServiceNow practice or a similar capability within a consulting or technology firm.
- A strong track record of selling and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple industries.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow programme management, overseeing large-scale implementations.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to secure and lead high-value, complex contracts.
- Strong client engagement skills, including working with C-suite executives to drive ServiceNow transformation.
- Technical knowledge of ServiceNow, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Customer Service Management (CSM) and broader platform capabilities.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) would be desirable.
