Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow IRM Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing risk management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow’s IRM suite and hands-on experience with enterprise risk, compliance, audit, and policy management workflows. You will play a strategic role in defining the architecture, solution design, and implementation roadmap to transform and automate NFR processes using ServiceNow.

Contract: Inside IR35, 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development of the ServiceNow IRM platform focused on NFR use cases (e.g., operational risk, compliance, audit, third-party risk).
• Partner with risk and compliance stakeholders to understand current-state processes and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement IRM modules including but not limited to:
• Policy and Compliance Management
• Risk Management
• Audit Management
• Vendor Risk Management
• Issue Management and Remediation
• Define integration strategies with external systems such as risk scoring engines, enterprise GRC systems, data lakes, and reporting tools.
• Own the ServiceNow IRM roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and enforce best practices for ServiceNow development, configuration, security, and data management.
• Guide and mentor developers and platform engineers, ensuring quality and performance standards.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5+ years in ServiceNow IRM/GRC architecture and implementation.
• Proven experience delivering solutions for Non-Financial Risk (NFR) across banking, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of IRM domain concepts – risk taxonomy, controls, KRIs, loss events, RCSA, issues & actions, compliance frameworks.
• Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM modules and workflows.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, integration hubs).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM or GRC (preferred).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using DevOps pipelines.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all organizational levels.
