Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM / GRC Architect to design and implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the ServiceNow platform for a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements
Define solution architecture and roadmaps for IRM and related modules
Configure and customize ServiceNow using workflows, scripting, and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solution designs
Ensure best practices across risk, compliance, and control frameworks

Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM implementations
Solid understanding of GRC principles and best practices
Experience with ServiceNow development (scripting, workflows, integrations)
Proven solution architecture and design experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
ServiceNow certifications (CIS-GRC / CIS-VRM) preferred
