What you will be doing:

• Defining and owning the strategic roadmap for ServiceNow
• Acting as the single point of contact for platform priorities and outcomes
• Translating business needs into a clear and manageable backlog
• Working closely with delivery teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Driving adoption and ongoing improvement across ITSM, with future potential in HR, CSM, and other business areas
• Ensuring value is delivered at every stage of platform development

What you will bring:

• Experience as a ServiceNow Product Owner or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ideally within ITSM
• A track record of aligning technical capability with business objectives
• The ability to build trusted relationships across technology and the wider organisation
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments

This is not a role where you inherit legacy systems and firefighting. The platform is new, clean, and backed by senior leadership. Your work will define how ServiceNow is used, scaled, and continuously improved for years to come.
