Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead and deliver enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to design scalable architectures, guide implementations, and ensure the platform delivers maximum value.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow implementations
Experience with multiple modules - preferably ITOM
Advise on strategy, governance, and best practices.
Support pre-sales activities and solution positioning.
Manage and mentor technical teams.

Requirements

Proven experience delivering complex ServiceNow programmes.
Strong communication skills
Must be a Certified Master Architect
Additional ServiceNow Certifications - CIS
Experience with integrations and enterprise environments.
