About The Role

The above opportunity has arisen for this new post to provide support within the Housing Income team. The role is to manage all Sheltered housing income, with responsibility for maximising income from rent, service charge and personal charges. Assisting and supporting Sheltered residents to maximise their income and to take appropriate arrears action where necessary.

We are looking for someone highly motivated, with great interpersonal skills to be part of a thriving and successful team. The post holder will visit residents in their homes and attend scheme surgeries supporting welfare benefit take up and tenancy sustainment.

You must have a good knowledge of I.T. using various applications with a competent working knowledge of all Microsoft applications and Rent Recovery applications. This is an ideal opportunity to develop a career in this specialist field in a positive and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of recovering debt and with excellent customer service skills. You will be required to communicate effectively with service users, care providers, representatives, and staff members as appropriate.
