Shift Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Engineer located in Morden. The Shift Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s facilities, carrying out preventive maintenance, and responding promptly to guests' maintenance requests. Daily tasks include inspecting and troubleshooting equipment, repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and ensuring safety standards are met. The role requires effective communication with the hotel's management team to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of maintenance issues.

• Experience in maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and preventive maintenance
• Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Qualification in engineering or a related technical field is advantageous
• Experience in hospitality or a similar customer-focused environment is beneficial
