You will work closely alongside the management team, supporting with the day to day running of shifts.
- Act as a key worker for designated resident.
- Ensuring they are supported in all aspects of their life.
- Monitoring and administering medication, personal care and as directed by their individual care plan, help maintain health and wellbeing.
- Prioritise and direct the workload of team members accordingly, ensuring any issues are dealt with as they arise.
- Ensure all administration tasks are carried out with accuracy.
- Inputting additional information onto care plans, as required.
- Liaising with health care professionals.
12-hour shifts: Days with alternate weekends.

With your previous experience in care leadership, and NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (ideal), you'll join our team in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
We will offer 2.5 weeks induction training and a further 2-4 weeks "Buddy scheme" too. We will settle you in, there's no pressure to "hit the ground running"!
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate, at our cost.
