Description
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform lot dispositions to recover product after tool aborts
- Utilise Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve process stability and capability.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards by following process specs and OCAPs.
- Create pipelines for process excursions to ensure rapid identification and resolution of issues.
- Complete engineering requests to participate in continuous improvement and capacity initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and other departments.
- Utilise office software for data entry, reporting, and communication.
- Education: BTEC or HNC in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is advantageous but not essential
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a semiconductor fabrication (fab) environment.
- Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
- Knowledge of cross wafer-fab processes is advantageous.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
