Overview
As the Bond Street Manager – Flagship Showroom Manager at Edit Suits Co., you will be the driving force behind the success of our most prestigious showroom. This high-profile leadership role requires a strategic, customer-centric manager who can deliver exceptional service, inspire a high-performing team, and maintain our flagship store as the pinnacle of the brand experience. You will oversee all aspects of the showroom, balancing operational excellence with premium customer engagement, and ensuring that our flagship showroom sets the standard for performance and service across our retail network.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance
- Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Analyse performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to drive growth and maximise profitability.
- Champion upselling, cross-selling, and personalised clienteling to enhance customer value.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and develop top-tier sales talent, creating a high-performance culture within the showroom.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to empower team members with expert product knowledge, sales techniques, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear objectives to drive individual and team success.
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives a luxury experience that reflects the Edit Suits Co. brand.
- Personally manage high-value clients, providing bespoke wardrobe consultations and overseeing their journey from consultation to final fitting.
- Resolve customer concerns with discretion and professionalism, maintaining long-term relationships and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Showroom Operations
- Maintain impeccable visual standards, ensuring the showroom reflects the prestige of the Bond Street location.
- Oversee back-of-house operations, ensuring inventory, fitting garments, and sales materials are well-organised and ready for use.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless stock management, deliveries, and alterations.
Financial & Operational Management
- Monitor and report on showroom performance, driving initiatives to achieve financial goals and operational efficiency.
- Support the Head of Retail in developing and executing strategies to position the Bond Street showroom as a benchmark for success.
Brand Representation & Outreach
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Edit Suits Co. at events and in the luxury retail community.
- Drive customer outreach initiatives, including managing our referral programs and building strategic client relationships.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
