Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Simphony Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Simphony solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, hands-on project experience, and the ability to analyse business requirements while ensuring smooth system operations and deployments.

Responsibilities:

Configure and implement Oracle Simphony solutions based on business needs.
Work with APIs and integrations, ensuring proper usage and understanding system limitations.
Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and perform business analysis.
Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during project phases.
Provide production support, resolving incidents and ensuring system stability.
Support rollout and deployment activities for new features, modules, or sites.
Work with technical teams where required; any scripting/coding contributions are a plus.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Oracle Simphony, including configuration and API knowledge.
Understanding of Simphony product limitations and best-practice usage.
Hands-on experience working in IT projects or POS system implementations.
Solid business analysis and testing skills.
Experience providing production support in a technical environment.
Knowledge of scripting or coding languages (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
