The role

As a Site Admi nistrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be providing administrative support primarily with occasional assistance to camp activities.

Day-to-day, you will be working with a number of internal customers including workshops, customer service, HR and finance. This will include but is not limited to:

• Administrative tasks for New Starters Travel, Fuel Cards, Meeting preparations and catering requests
• Site contractors’ administration such as ensuring booking in and escorted.
• Stationery control, workwear ordering, Receipting and checking invoices
• Allocate pool cars and arrange hire cars, services, MOT’s, Valeting
• Building maintenance, fire marshal, raise jobs request for building
  
  
  

This role is full time working 37 hours per week and is based on site at Telford, Shropshire.

Essential Experience Of The Site Administrator

• Experience in a customer service/administration role
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve
• Must be able to work to deadlines and multi-task

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain UK Disclosure Barring Service and Security Check (SCDBS) security clearance for this role.
