What you'll be doing
As part of our award-winning project management team, you’ll:
- Lead and motivate a multi-skilled team of operatives, subcontractors, and construction professionals.
- Take ownership of specific sections of civil engineering projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards.
- Set performance targets and analyse outputs to drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Oversee procurement and coordination of subcontractors.
- Review and enhance Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
- Conduct field audits and ensure robust control documentation is in place.
- Develop and manage project programmes, tracking progress and productivity.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable construction.
Who we're looking for
To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing civil engineering projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire ownership and accountability.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to align team performance with budgetary goals.
- A valid driving licence, CSCS card, and SMSTS qualification.
- Confidence in reading technical drawings and solving on-site challenges.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
