The role will assist carrying out various tasks associated to safety & environmental controls to meet the sites environmental regulatory compliance obligations and also statutory inspections of all plant. This role will also be a key driving force for ensuring the site meet its legal obligations in line with business requirements and governing bodies. (HSE, L8)
Your responsibilities will include leading and managing the conformance element to the department and ensure all legal compliance is met with professionalism and with all supporting data controlled.
You'll have the ability to plan / coordinate all plans for inspection and the correct legionella control scheduling liaising with all plant leads across the facilities.
What To Expect
As the Site Conformance Engineer, you'll join us with working knowledge of plant engineering and building services activities (gas, water, air & electricity – HV & LV) as well as this you'll:
- Working knowledge of EAW, PUWER, LOLER, PSSR regulations
- Good knowledge and certification in legionella control and management of systems
- Good knowledge of Building Management System
- Good knowledge of various Heating, Ventilation and compressed air Systems
- Good knowledge & understanding of maintenance practices/processes
What You'll Need

- Manage and deliver Scheduled safety inspections on all equipment and plant
- Control and manage all paperwork and data for inspections
- Update the BES portal for all inspections and control delivery across the business technology leads
- Regular meetings with technologies for updates ensuring plant is in control
- Oversee and coordinate site compliance activities – statutory conformance – EAW, LOLER, PUWER & PSSR
- Develop and implement statutory conformance master schedule & manage inspections program
