What You Can Expect
Are you ready for a new challenge and to make an impact on our team? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Site Controller to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and power strategic decisions that shape our success. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead all financial and management accounting processes, ensuring full compliance with BASF standards and external audit requirements.
- Manage site P&L budgeting, capacity planning, costing data and CAPEX/OPEX analysis to support business performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports and management accounts, providing actionable insights on manufacturing and products costs.
- Collaborate with site leadership and global stakeholders to influence strategic and operational outcomes.
- Contribute to the Site Leadership Team by promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
What You Offer
- Education: You have a degree in Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
- Experience: You have proven experience in financial or business management accounting, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: You are proficienct in MS Office, PowerBI, PowerQuery; strong project management and digital fluency.
- Soft Skills: You have strong communication skills, analytical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Language: You are fluent in English.
