What You’ll Do
As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of our people strategy—translating business goals into impactful HR initiatives. You’ll:
- Partner with Global HR, Site Management Committee, and UK & Ireland HR to align people plans with business strategy
- Guide leaders through performance, change, and organizational design
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence across Talent, ER, L&D, C&B, HRIS, and more
- Champion employee experience, engagement, and continuous improvement
Key Focus Areas
Employee Relations
- Advise on complex ER matters, ensuring compliance and best practice
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Support hiring and internal mobility
- Lead and enhance the on-site onboarding experience
Learning & Development
- Support design and deliver impactful learning solutions
Compensation & Benefits
- Support annual reviews and ensure fair, benchmarked pay practices
HR Operations & Engagement
- Drive process excellence, analyze HR metrics, and lead engagement initiatives
To Be Considered For This Role, You Will Have
- Degree or equivalent HR experience
- Strong project and stakeholder management
- Track record in employee engagement
- Expertise in complex employee relations
- Experience in global, matrixed settings
- Passion for people and progress
