Project Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead the transformation of an existing building into modern residential apartments. The project involves both refurbishment and new build elements, requiring a candidate with a balanced background in both disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all site operations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on-site.
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and local authorities.
- Maintain accurate site documentation and progress reports.
- Lead quality control and snagging processes.
Requirements:
- 50/50 experience in both refurbishment and new build projects.
- SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must be based within a commutable distance to Gosport.
