Property Services – We Revitalise homes and communities through the regeneration of living spaces, breathing new life into neighbourhood. From delivering large programme of works for social housing providers, to ensuring the highest building safety standards, we provide a range of services for public sector clients.
United Living are looking for a Site Manager with experience of working on Social Housing Refurbishment projects. They will be responsible for managing daily site operations and coordinating operatives and subcontractors to ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and project deadlines.
Key Duties:
Oversee all site activities on kitchen and bathroom replacement projects in tenanted social housing.
Conduct site inductions, daily briefings, and toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor progress against programme, resolve issues promptly, and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain accurate site records and ensure all works comply with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
Ensure all operatives are trained and equipped with correct PPE and tools.
Support the commercial team with cost tracking, subcontractor scopes, and day work approvals.
Promote excellent customer service and support community engagement initiatives.
Required Site Manager qualifications
• Appropriate CSCS card
• Valid driving licence
• SMSTS certificate
• First Aid at Work certificate desirable
• Fire Marshall certificate desirable
