The Role
We are seeking to recruit a Site Set-Up Paralegal to work in our Plot Support Team in our Leeds office. The successful candidate will have a proven background working as a paralegal assisting with site set-up assisting on both freehold and leasehold schemes, setting sites up for plot sales as well as infrastructure agreements.
Key Skills And Experience
Some previous experience of site set up in a residential development team is highly desirable,
the successful candidate will have completed their degree with at least a 2:1. In addition the successful candidate will demonstrate:
- High levels of accuracy and conscientious
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent client care skills and the ability to engage effectively and confidently with clients
- Professionalism at all times
- Adaptability to work needs and the ability to meet deadlines
- Enthusiasm to learn with a "can do” attitude
- The ability to be a team player who is capable of working autonomously
- The ability to build internal relationships across teams with colleagues at all levels
