Base location: Glasgow - Hybrid working 2 days per week

Salary: £25k to £38k (depending on experience) + performance-related bonus + a fantastic benefits package to support your family, finances, and wellbeing

eYou will play a key role in managing Neos Networks’ property and site-related obligations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost control across multiple areas including site sharing, land consent, utilities, insurance, and regulatory payments. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and resolve issues promptly

esAccess Coordination & Site Supervisi

onHandle access requests from supplier partners who regularly seeks access to our sites for maintenance of their equipment. This will involve negotiating dates between several internal departmen

t.Financial & Legal Administrati

onRaise purchase orders and manual payment requests for land consent activities, including planning permissions, wayleaves, servitudes, easements, and licences to occup

y.Manage utility payments for approx. 50 sites and resolve related querie

s.Ensure timely payment of Fibre Tax, business rates, and licence fee

s.Support finance with budget queries relating to these payment

s.Regulatory & Complian

ceAdminister OFCOM-related queries for radio frequency licences and manage associated payment
