We're hiring: Site Strategy Lead – Nottingham (Hybrid)

- Lead and execute our site strategy aligned with culture and values
- Mentor Vibe Leads to deliver consistent, exceptional experiences
- Manage vendor relationships for operational excellence
- Own site health & safety, business continuity, and sustainability
- Drive innovation in workspace design and tools for collaboration
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in workplace strategy, site or facilities leadership
- Strong leadership, vendor management and health & safety expertise
- Passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement
- Data-savvy with a strategic mindset and operational excellence
Location: Nottingham with travel to other sites
