Are you a hands-on leader with a head for heights and a passion for delivering quality work in the field? We're looking for a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team, working on exciting telecoms infrastructure projects across the UK.

🔧 What Will You Be Doing?

• Leading site-based teams to deliver high-quality telecoms work both on the ground and at height.
• Carrying out installations, decommissioning, inspections, and maintenance on telecoms structures.
• Performing small civils tasks such as fencing and concrete repairs.
• Ensuring all work meets our high standards for Health & Safety and Quality.
• Mentoring junior team members and sharing your expertise.
• Supporting office-based teams with technical input during project planning.

👷 What Are We Looking For?

• Engineering background preferred; telecoms experience a bonus.
• Experience in working at height on towers and masts, as part of a team.
• Skilled in general construction works.
• Strong understanding of safety in the workplace.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Ability to provide effective solutions to resolve issues on-site.
• Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic.
• Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home during the week.
• Full UK driving licence.
