Join us in delivering the new Nairn Academy – a state-of-the-art education facility with a focus on sustainability, safety, and excellence.

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to lead and support the delivery of construction work packages on this exciting project. You will take ownership of production control, logistics, safety, quality, and commercial awareness for your allocated section of work, helping to drive innovation and excellence on site.

What you'll be doing

As Site Supervisor, you will:  

  • Lead and manage small or less complex work packages or support larger sections.
  • Engage in daily and weekly planning using digital tools for short-interval control.
  • Drive on-site health & safety excellence, RAMS, SSOW, and workforce engagement.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring inspections, test plans, and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively to manage logistics, plant movements, and sustainable practices.
  • Support commercial teams with records, forecasting and change management.

Who we're looking for

You Will Bring

  • Experience in supervising construction works in a live project environment.
  • Familiarity with RAMS, health & safety protocols, and site logistics.
  • Knowledge of sequencing, short-term planning, and digital tools for site management.
  • A team player with the ability to communicate across multiple levels and disciplines.
  • Awareness of sustainability and environmental impact within construction.
  • Working towards or keen to pursue professional chartership.
