I’m currently working with a leading energy client who is looking to recruit Commercial Engineers in your local area, open to working away from home 1–2 weeks per month as part of a structured transient role.

This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for commercial-only work, strong earning potential, and a role that still offers a healthy work–life balance.

📌 Essential Requirements

• Proven UK-based industry experience
• Valid CCN1 & MET1 qualifications

🔍 Available Roles

Two roles are available to suit different experience levels:

🔹 Elite Dual Fuel Engineer

💷 £43,260 basic | OTE £50K–£55K

Includes Warrant Officer duties and customer-friendly debt resolution visits. Full training and ongoing support provided.

🔹 Dual Fuel Only (Non-Elite)

💷 £38,110 basic

Focused purely on commercial metering — no warrant or debt-related work.

🚐 Transient Working Overview

• Work away from home 1–2 weeks per month
• Contractually aligned to Transient 1 or Transient 2
• Exact pattern agreed at interview stage

Typical Transient Week

• Travel on Sunday
• Work Monday–Thursday (8:00am–7:00pm)
• Return home Friday

💰 Pay & Allowances

✔ All travel time paid at overtime rates (x1.5 / x1)

✔ £25 per night sustenance allowance

✔ £40 per night transient payment

✔ Paid for each night spent working away from home
