Are you a SmartRecruiters consultant with a passion for transforming recruitment processes?

We are seeking a highly skilled SmartRecruiters Consultant to join a client's team and play a pivotal role in their upcoming implementation and configuration projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to leverage their deep technical and functional knowledge of the SmartRecruiters platform. You'll be the go-to expert, guiding our client through the entire project lifecycle, from initial design to successful deployment and post-go-live support.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the implementation and configuration of the SmartRecruiters platform.
• Conducting workshops and discovery sessions to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Configuring and customising SmartRecruiters modules, including workflows, user roles, integrations, and reports.
• Managing data migration activities and ensuring data integrity.
• Providing expert guidance and training to end-users and administrators.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless project delivery.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during and after implementation.

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a SmartRecruiters Consultant or a similar role, with a strong focus on implementations and configurations.
• In-depth knowledge of the SmartRecruiters platform and its full suite of features.
• Experience with API integrations and data migration.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
• A problem-solving mindset and a detail-oriented approach.
• Certifications in SmartRecruiters are a plus, but not essential.
