Job Title: Social Media & Community Executive - Professional Education Brand (Maternity Cover)
Location: London (Hybrid – flexible working available)
Job Type: Fixed-Term Maternity Cover Contract (until May 2026), Full Time
Salary: £32K - £35K
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on social media content for students and early-career audiences
- Create engaging digital content, including video explainers, case studies, and social carousels
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts using Hootsuite
- Support the development and engagement of new online member communities
- Collaborate with internal teams and student ambassadors to co-create content
- Respond to social media DMs, providing light-touch customer support where needed
- Support the delivery of community-driven engagement initiatives
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience creating and managing social media content for an organisation, ideally education.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail and tone of voice
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams
- Able to manage deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with social media trends and how to adapt them for professional audiences
- Experience using Hootsuite or similar social scheduling tools
- Interest in psychology.
