I’m partnering with a fast-growing viral social entertainment brand to hire a Social and Influencer Marketing Specialist.

This brand has built a social-first, digital-native model, with content reaching millions worldwide and driving high engagement across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. With rapid growth in the UK market, this role offers the chance to own and execute marketing strategy with a focu on social and influencer, build partnerships, and help scale visibility and impact.

This role is ideal for someone proactive, creative, and data-informed, with the confidence to take ownership of campaigns from strategy through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Social & Influencer Strategy

• Own and execute the UK social media and influencer strategy

Influencer & Partnership Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, creators, and brand partners
• Lead collaborations from ideation to execution, tracking performance metrics
• Support ambassador programmes and longer-term strategic partnerships

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Manage and mentor offshore social media VAs
• Work cross-functionally to align campaigns with marketing, product, and brand objectives
• Bring forward creative ideas to elevate campaigns and processes

Performance & Reporting

• Track engagement, growth, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Provide insight-led reporting and recommendations to optimise campaigns

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in social media management, influencer partnerships, or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram culture, trends, and algorithms

Salary & Benefits
