Job Title: Social Media Content Producer - Leading Travel Brand

Location: West London - Office-based

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary:£45K - £55K, depending on experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality, engaging video and photo content for Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
Monitor and respond to social media trends and cultural moments to produce reactive, shareable content.
Write compelling captions and social copy that align with brand tone and values.
Manage social media content calendars, scheduling, and uploads.
Maintain and organise digital asset libraries for efficient content production.
Assist in analysing performance metrics and optimising future content.
Collaborate with marketing colleagues and cross-department teams to deliver campaigns.
Support in training team members on content creation best practices.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a social media content producer and/or social video editor role.
Proficient in video and photography, ideally with Adobe Creative Suite skills.
Experience working in the travel industry is a plus.
Strong grasp of social media formats, trends, and platform-specific audiences.
Able to work independently, managing multiple projects to tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail with a creative mindset.
