Social Creative (Gaming & Coding)

Job Summary
Are you fuelled by internet culture and know exactly why a meme hits hard in one community but not in another? We're looking for a freelance creative to bring bold, digital-first ideas to life. This is a chance to join a fast-growing independent social agency that's completely plugged into online culture and focused on delivering smart, impactful campaigns for big brands.

With rapid growth and ambitious plans for 2025, the agency is scaling fast and is looking for creatives who thrive on innovation, collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of what social can do.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for a leading gaming/coding account, tapping into niche internet communities.
• Create campaigns and content that resonate with technical and developer audiences.
• Ideate and test social-first content strategies across channels and formats.
• Understand and apply the unique language of online subcultures (Reddit, Discord, forums, etc.).
• Collaborate with teams to deliver content that builds trust, credibility, and community.

Skills & Experience

• Has knowledge of gaming or coding communities- don't need to be able to code but just understand what creative lands within these ares.
• Proven track record of creating content that lands with real online communities.
• Strong knowledge of internet culture and trends.
• Hands-on experience running social channels or developing campaigns.
• Familiarity with community partnerships and influencer collaborations.
• Sharp creative instincts and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Project Scope & Duration: 3 days per week,2 months, with potential to extend.
Day Rate: £300-350 per day (Outside IR35)
Location & Workplace Policy: Hybrid - at least 2 days in the office (Farringdon based).
IR35 Status: Outside IR35.
Equipment: Must provide own laptop.
