Job Title: Social Executive

Location: London (Hybrid – 1 day WFH, remainder in office)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £30K - £35K

I’m partnering with a leading creative agency to hire a Social Executive to support their growing social team.

This role is perfect for someone hands-on, creative, and proactive, who wants to develop their career in social media, creative, and strategy, while supporting a fast-moving, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Help produce and edit engaging short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social channels
Capture behind-the-scenes moments to enhance campaign storytelling
Assist the social team in executing campaigns from concept through to final delivery
Identify, reach out to, and manage relationships with creators and influencers
Support the onboarding process, contracts, and smooth coordination of partnerships
Work closely with creators to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time

Contribute ideas to social content strategy and campaign planning

Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve reach, engagement, and results

Collaborate with team members to support broader marketing initiatives

Skills & Experience

Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in social media
Comfortable on camera and confident using video editing tools
Social-first thinker, aware of trends and platform best practices
Strong communicator, proactive, and eager to learn
Interest in social media strategy, creator content, and influencer marketing
