The Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative, curious, and collaborative Social Media & Content Executive to join our Marketing team.

You will be part of a forward-thinking team reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, bringing your own ideas and experience to help shape and develop our social media presence. Liaising with stakeholders across the business you will be responsible for developing and writing engaging copy across our digital channels. You will also work with third-party collaborations to extend the reach of our brands in the UK and international.

This role puts you at the very heart of our business, working within the marketing team to develop our content strategy and support business growth. You will play an integral part in the promotion of our external brands and have real ownership of our social media programme.

What you will do:

  • Managing all social media and video content – writing copy, scheduling, monthly planning and reporting across multiple platforms.
  • Work with Creative to design and deliver all visual and content-based assets - articles, blogs, emails and newsletters to support our brand awareness and product engagement.
  • Webinar and podcast creation - storyboarding, filming, and editing on Canva with help from Creative.
  • Supporting events and exhibitions, including attendance on event days to run social media activities
  • Working with the Head of Marketing and multiple teams across the business to develop content and deliver campaigns including website, socials, digital, events and publicity.
  • Managing media library and imagery for social channels
  • Driving internal communications – you will work with our PX team to implement and manage our employer branding.


What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of social media or content marketing role
  • Creative copywriting for B2B and B2C - ability to craft highly engaging communications.
  • Working knowledge of posting on social media platforms – LinkedIn, FB, X, Insta, YouTube
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and software for social media, including Canva and social media scheduling tools
  • Experience of managing data insights and recommending improvements for increased online engagement.
  • Familiarity with digital software tools and social media scheduling
  • Exposure to design tools like Canva
  • Experience of marketing in a B2C environment
  • Working at external events and conferences with face-to-face interaction with clients and members of the public
  • Experience of working with third parties, partners and customers.
